i'm soooooo stupid
i sent a flash file to lay hoon instead of publishing it to a site, where everybody can go there to watch it without the player. haha, damn, i'm so stupid.

haha, lazy to open new site for losting...hav to type in many info, so just use mine lar.
to paul, the list i'll send it to your mail ok? but it is the original version from hooi mei and hooi sean lar. don know lay hoon read already or not.
i will now discuss about the program here, so wish that evreyone will give some comments, espeacially yu sheng, hooi mei and hooi sean.
day 1
9am - registration
this is the part where the juniors come, goodies being distributed, get them a place for them to rest . so, i propose lay hoon and kai yee in charge of this.
12pm - lunch
lunch lor, ta pao or whatever, i propose simon and jin wei in charge of this
1pm - talent time
the idea is to arrange the participants into groups during the registration, then every groups are required to prepare a brief performance during the nite. i'll prepare this thing
5pm - well, the practice stops here and we need to go back to room to prepare ourselves for the nite, before this, the setting group will be busy doing their job already
6pm - senior will come at this time and we'll invite them to a place for them to hav a seat first, we'll be busy preparing the food for barbeque and stuff
7pm - the event start with a short presentation or a performance, we'll hav to discuss this when we go back to jb
11.30pm - stop eating everyone, clean up, we'll hav to bring senior to a place to sit and rest first, maybe we'll go supper or a drink with them.
2nd day
7am - morning exercise
8am - breakfast
9am - treasure hunt
12pm - lunch, picnic??
1pm - beach activities, but so hot, so take a nap first lar. don worry about get tanned, it's pd, so enjoy
8pm - go back to jb lor.....

i think roughly can done this way...but do remember tat gathering nite will be outdoor programme.. so no electricity supply, no spot light..i think we will appreciate if tat hotel or apartment supply spotlight 4 us...will go n confirm by tis weekend...
9am for registeration seem so early. coz we only tolak from jb tat morning...may b 10.30am gua..may b no nid allow time for talent time liao..only present some performance...last meeting wif xiang ying, yen ting, simon, jing wei... we proposed tat start around 5.30pm. then start bbq, some programme like games viz can be done it in group so tat junior n senior can communicate n "lian yi"....after tat, ask senior to perform some songs..n we pick some song tat we dun no how 2 sing want n ask senior 2 teach us...wat u all think reply....
yu sheng here, sorry i can hardly come to check here coz i work until night EVERYDAY and if i wanna online i hav to sacrifice my sleep like now, goin to work later 9:45am...
regarding the treasure hunt, i oreli hav in mind wat to be done, just tat i duno the place yet so i cant make everything into order.
wat i lack now is:
1. the topography there. i hav to roughly know the road n wat can we use along the way.(can survey @ 1st day i think)
2. (more important)i hav to roughly know the range of the number of participant, too. i hav to know a estimation number to decide the size of the game.(hw many station, group and games to be play)
who know the place well let me know the place?
2nd day check out wat time?
who need anything sms me lah, i try to help out a bit coz treasure hunt only need help on that day. but dun gimme too much task coz i dun hav off day punye... i may not reply u immediately if i'm at work, coz i kena scold b4 liao for too much sms.
