big, big mistake...omg

after i read yenting's comments, i realized that there is a HUGE number of misunderstanding and miscommunication between us, most of it caused by the lack of time for face-to-face meeting. well, till now, the problems are....

a) THIS PAGE, yes, this page is the site we are talking about....yes, remember when i told you all to jote down an address, this is it. what yenting mentioned was....

second, what website? u mean the invitation? i'm very confused now. this site was meant to be a place for us to discuss, maybe it's my mistake also, cause i remember i did mentioned about telling seniors about this address. well, thousand apologies. but now, to make things better, i will publish a site, with all da informations about the camp, the date, the 'everything' so that the 'lost' one could be found. the address will be

this site is already accessible, but without the detail information. so, no more letters as layhoon said. just phone calls and this address. agree? correct? correct me if i'm wrong.

b) my mistake again, seniors never check their mail. and soon liang complained about the unknown number appeared in the invitation letter. yong ling said the invitation looked very nicely done, and he likes it very much.


can say that all my efforts on the e-invitation is most probably useless, cause most of them rarely online. BUT, to all the contact group, if you all going to send another sms OR call them up, REMEMBER to tell them the url, have a look down there, a long list, ask them to go there to see 'SOMETHING SPECIAL FOR THEM' don forget this word, "SOMETHING SPECIAL FOR THEM" if not, they wouldn't care.

c) the letter mentioned that it's a 3 days camp. so, another call to seniors is unavoidable.

here's the list that the contact group must not forget to tell

1 - THE FINAL DATE AND VENUE
2 - THE SPECIAL E-INVITATION CARD FOR THEM
3 - .......... anything from contact group lar. keke

d) i called up paul yesterday, and we discussed about the talent time slot. there's going to be some changes, it'll be a slot for them to prepare a performance. ok, the idea is, we give them an old losting song, then with their own cretivity, they hav to present it during the nite. anything will do. sketch, dance, sing....bla bla.... using the available resources. ( meaning - if we got only guitar, then guitar lar. if we don hav anything, then use bottle or sand lar )

e) the time to push off is okay for me. but then i think some of us should be at jb on 25th. for my group, i will absolutely ask them to come back on 25th, or as early as possible. because we still hav a lot of things to detail out. i think my group needs communication. i lost contact with them already. i can't discuss much using sms. hooi sean and hooi mei not even a single post here. the work not arrangged well, not balance. i'm doing too much. SO, we ahve to go back early.

f) for the contact group, if 25th is too early, then 28th is the latest to prepare some performance. so 28th ok? for those who is free, come back lar.

g) games, games,and games. it may be sounded a bit childish, but this is going to be the key point of having this camp succesful. so, ideas is just not enough, we need discussions, we can;t really talk it here, so 25th!! 25th!!! 25th!!!

h) the camp belongs to everyone, without seniors and juniors coming, all would be cacat. so, together we help the contact group, to tell some juniors or seniors that are close to us. ok?

i) mabel was really fast on the awards, so i suggest to ask her to do more...muahaha, keep her busy. kidding, but if we got lots of games, then why not producing more awards, at least they'll be more serious in winning the games, and treasure hunt. rite? so mable, if u can't finish it alone, we'll help u up on 25th!!!!!! 25th!!!!!!

ok, switching to personal news. well, yesterday yirun came to kl. me, william, wei yea, yirun and her sis went to serdang halo cafe for a drink. damn expensive, and the singer sucks. keke

17th will be the last working day for me. and i'll be back to sitiawan on 19th or 20th. so sorry to simon cause i can't accompany him to pd because of some personal stuff to settle.

why that guo ming like din know about anything wan? he is very blur about this camp. but since it's me to find out, so i'll let him know lar.haha
