1.i sent out d invitation card 4 every lostingersoledi 2 weeks ago gua.. so far dun have any reply whotell me whether they will come or not??? so i can'tconfirm d exact no. who will come... i n other contactgroup member viz yan ting, xin nee, kai yee, will workhard n call all lostingers tis 2 days n will lettantoi know d exact people will come 2 tis camp... ifthey still really cannot confirm whether theythemselve will come or not, then i will make dassumption as below,K? i will have a look at ourbatch, paul's batch, shi wei's batch n juniors.... iwill pick d people who will most probably come 2 tiscamp plus 15nos allow 4 senior...wat u all think???......xin nee just called me n she said mostly of dsenior phone number not updated, no reply, voice mail,n some said they won't come coz nid 2 work.... sodisappointing.... upset lar... the feedback solittle....how??

2.there is no other letter 2 inform all lostingers watto bring to the camp..n other things.. i will tel djunior 2 gather at my house at 2th july 2005 7.30am nwe will move at 8.15am, K? wat u all opinion?? 4senior i oledi told them d gathering will be held on2th july 5pm at Chorus hotel... if there are somechanges , will let them know by phone...

3. about d programme ...i'm not disagree with thesuggestion slot 4 talent time...it is bcoz we dun havehall 2 perform....then only unplug lor.. noelectricity supply mar...how can used bass, electricguitar... we will not at the hall that nite mar... nonly BBQ outdoor... wat is in my head now is alllostingers in one group n sing songs for eachbatch..may b only few guitar...may b can ask senior 2perform some of their song which we dun know n want 2learn... otherwise can talk bout music or.... that isthe things we can do without hall mar... actually ifgot hall, then all the programm will be very formal nfeel uneasy oledi...........i agree with ah wah, if junior really dun want 2perform in front of seniors...then dun force themlar... scared they will phobia...tension...

4. for d venue, when we go P.D. next week viz 18thjuly...must ask them bout:a.) places 4 BBQb.) how if rain?c.) got spot light or not?d.) ....hall...lobby ???price...other opinion.....???nid 2 let seior know d exact venue 4 ourgathering...if there is changes...asap...

5. for d date which we nid 2 back 2 johor..i meancommittee.... 25th too early...i proposed 28th junemorning meeting at my house 10am,k??? anyobjection???? and everybody---committee need 2 thinkwat we r going 2 do during that time , preparation 4 that camp... transport...BBQ stuff........... games...

6. 4 programme... i think programme group nid 2 thinkout some games 2 play during that gathering nite...4the purposed 2 'lian yi' ..........
